At Performance 3D, we take care to ensure your 3D-printed parts are produced, packaged, and shipped safely and efficiently. Please review the information below for details on our shipping process.

Order Processing & Production Time

Most products sold by Performance 3D are made to order using 3D printing technology.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Production time varies depending on product complexity and order volume

  • Estimated production times will be shown on product pages where applicable

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Australia-wide

International shipping may be available on request. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (Australia)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (Australia), where available

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

  • Delivery location

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Performance 3D is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delays & Force Majeure

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, Performance 3D is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier service disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
