Cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has started

It is your responsibility to ensure all custom specifications provided are accurate.

Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Performance 3D does not store full payment details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and begin once an order has been dispatched.
Performance 3D is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Due to the custom nature of 3D-printed products:

Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted
